Non-alcoholic limoncelli spritz: The light and festive alternative
A non-alcoholic Spritz must maintain its balance between fizz and bitterness, while offering a refreshing coolness. The non-alcoholic Limoncello adds that zesty and bright touch, perfect for a light and refined version.
A sparkling story
The history of the Spritz dates back to the 19th century, when the Austro-Hungarian Empire ruled over Veneto. Finding the local wines too strong, Austrian soldiers would dilute them with sparkling water, saying "spritzen" (to spray in German). Over time, this habit transformed into an iconic cocktail blending sparkling wine and Italian bitter. Today, the Limoncello Spritz revisits this tradition by adding a Mediterranean touch, bright and indulgent.
