An alternative for lovers of complex flavours.
A good non-alcoholic Negroni must retain three fundamental pillars : bitterness, sweetness and aromatic depth. Therefore, the spirits are replaced with well-thought-out non-alcoholic alternatives.
The classic Negroni: The cocktail for purists
The Negroni is an iconic cocktail that originated in 1919 in Florence, Italy. The story goes that Count Camillo Negroni, an Italian aristocrat with a taste for strong drinks, found the Americano a bit too light for his liking. He therefore asked his bartender, Fosco Scarselli, to replace the soda water with gin, giving birth to this balanced and powerful cocktail.
Since then, the Negroni has become a staple in cocktail bars around the world, appreciated for its perfect balance of bitterness, sweetness, and aromatic complexity.
